I recently visited for a much needed pampering facial. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a nice welcome and a pleasant atmosphere. The facial itself was very relaxing and enjoyable, however at the time they had a special for facials during that month per website and flyers in the spa, which was why I went to try them out. As I went to pay they did not adjust the price and stood around looking at each other and me and made me feel slightly awkward. I did not bring up the promotion and paid for my services and left a tip! I will not be returning for this very reason. A customer should not have to point out the promotions, as it should be done by the staff! This was a huge letdown and I feel like this company needs to be more honest about their promotions.

I cannot rave enough about my experience at Trouvaille Tinley Park. From the moment of my first visit, I felt welcomed and relaxed. I started with a Morpheus8 treatment. I bought a package of 3, which was recommended for best results. I am so pleased because my skin feels firmer, smoother and there are less fine lines for sure! My skin has never looked better and it’s thanks to the expertise of the Trouvaille team-especially Christina. She is knowledgeable, attentive and I always look forward to seeing her because she is also a lot of fun to talk to. I look forward to seeing even more results from my photofacials!

I’ve been coming here for two years and I love it. Super clean and friendly environment. I’ve seen Christina, Serena and Karla for laser hair removal and they’ve all been amazing. I have pcos so lasers are my best friends… I’ve been to at least 6 laser hair removal locations and none of them have produced the results as the laser machines at Trouvaille.

I used to really like going here but over the years it has changed. There's a lot of trying to upsell packages. One example, I went for a consultation for a treatment and as soon as the door closed the girl started to tell me how much she didn't like the treatment I wanted and she personally doesn't do them on anyone. She then tried to upsell another treatment 4x the cost. All this without ever looking at my skin, it was just her preference (my consultation was in a massage room dimly lite with us standing, weird) Also buyer beware on gift cards! They expire in one year and they never mentioned that when I purchased it. Now I lose out on my money and the spa got to keep it.

I deleted my review and retyped it because I wanted to respond to your response. I did not compare your peel to anyone else's peel or my results to anyone else results. I only spoke of the young lady that is not my friend was a stranger that told me about deep chemical peels. I only told you about the conversation with this young lady to let you know how i learn anything about chemical peels so you all would know how new I am to this facial procedure. At the end of the day I asked for a service (A DEEP CHEMICAL PEEL)and you all deceived me and gave me what you wanted to give me (THE PERFECT DERMA PEEL which is a mild peel). After this when I came in I was told this would be taking care of after being told that you all do not do deep chemical peels it has to be done by a medical professional. Also, after being told that you all don't recommend me getting a deep chemical peel because I don't have bad skin and it could damage my skin. Which should have been told to me during my consultation not a month after the procedure. A month in which you all made me wait to even discuss the mishap. Then was told I would get a call on Monday which was over three weeks ago. I haven't heard anything from you all until I post this review. With your responses thats making it out as I am wrong. I called i didn't get a answer but I left a message. Will update review when I hear back from your business. Just to be clear your saying your customers need to research everything you tell them before they go thur with any service at your facility??? I came to who I thought was honest professionals. Update: This issue was solved with complete satisfactory.
